Provider and use

These terms cover SetStride free v1. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is currently in private Android testing. For questions, contact support@soluwebb.com.

SetStride v1 is free and ad-free, with no account, integrated AI, paid premium or Soluwebb cloud workout storage. Using it does not enrol you in a paid service.

We give you personal, non-exclusive permission to install and use SetStride for its intended fitness-recording and informational purposes. You may share outputs using provided features while respecting others' rights. Third-party components remain subject to their licences and notices.

Do not distribute protected media/catalogue content as a standalone product, use malicious imports, access others' information without permission or infringe rights. These restrictions do not override applicable statutory or open-source licence permissions.

Fitness information and illustrative content

SetStride provides general fitness information and workout-recording tools. Exercise descriptions, images, illustrations and example routines are for general information and illustration only. They are not medical advice, a personalised training prescription or an assessment of your ability to exercise safely. Using the app does not create a healthcare or personal-training relationship with Soluwebb.

Illustrations may simplify movements and omit technique details, equipment adjustments or safety precautions. Equipment varies. Ask a suitably qualified fitness professional about technique, setup and exercise suitability. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you have an injury, medical condition or concerns about exercising.

Follow equipment instructions. Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness or feel unwell, and seek appropriate help. SetStride cannot assess symptoms or provide emergency assistance. Records and progress summaries do not guarantee fitness, strength, muscle growth or weight-loss outcomes.

Previous values and prefills are historical references, not recommendations to repeat or increase a load. Check units, settings and your ability. Resistance can vary between gyms and machines. Imported routines have not necessarily been reviewed by Soluwebb and may not suit you.

Your records and sharing

You retain rights in your entries; Soluwebb does not claim ownership of your workout records. Decide carefully what to share and obtain permission before sharing others' personal information or protected content. Sharing does not give Soluwebb a general right to publish your records.

Our privacy notice explains storage, support and sharing. These terms do not constitute blanket consent to unrelated personal-data uses.

Local data and recovery

Records are local. Uninstalling, clearing storage, device loss or failure may lose them. Compatible Android transfer may help migration but is not guaranteed recovery. Exports and shared plans are not full backups. We cannot restore records we do not hold. This does not remove legal responsibility for defects or losses for which we are responsible.

Updates and stopping use

We may update the app for faults, security or feature changes, explaining material changes through an appropriate in-app/distribution channel. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights or authorise new data uses. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time, subject to the local-data consequences above.

If we withdraw distribution or support, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and explain available export options. We cannot promise indefinite compatibility with future devices/operating systems. No fixed support duration is promised.

Responsibility and disputes

We will use reasonable care in providing the app and content. General-information and illustration wording does not excuse misleading claims or inaccurate/unsafe demonstrations. We do not guarantee training outcomes.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contact support@soluwebb.com about problems. You retain remedies and access to regulators and courts under applicable mandatory law.
