About this notice

SetStride is a Soluwebb project currently in private Android testing. This notice explains local workout storage and the separate handling of support email and website traffic.

Information on your device

SetStride stores workout records and preferences on your device. SetStride v1 is free and ad-free, with no account, integrated AI, paid premium or Soluwebb cloud workout storage. Core workout logging works offline.

Local information includes routines, programmes, exercises, gym names, workout history, recorded values, unfinished workout inputs and preferences such as units. Names and notes you enter can contain personal information. SetStride does not automatically send your workout database to Soluwebb.

Contacting support

When you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, attachments and ordinary email-delivery information. We use these to respond, investigate problems, handle privacy requests and protect legal rights where necessary. Support messages are not automatically accompanied by workout records or device logs.

Please avoid sending medical records, unnecessary health details or full workout exports. We may ask for a redacted example. If you choose to send a screenshot or export, its contents become part of the information we receive.

Exports, sharing and imports

You choose whether to export records, generate a share image or share a routine through supported features. Review the preview and options first. Outputs may include exercise information, dates, results and optional gym names. Routine files contain supported plan/custom-exercise information, rather than completed workout histories.

Your selected recipient, email app, sharing service or file provider handles its copy under its own policies and may use cloud storage. Removing data inside SetStride does not remove copies saved or received elsewhere. Imported custom content may also contain personal information.

Local data and device transfer

SetStride provides no app cloud backup. Compatible Android device transfer may help move records between devices, but depends on the device and transfer method and is not guaranteed recovery. Platform providers operate their services under their own policies.

Uninstalling, clearing app storage, device failure or losing your phone may permanently remove records. Exports and shared plan files are not a complete backup or full recovery format.

Website traffic

The Soluwebb website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers with static assets. Visiting the website sends browser requests to the hosting provider, separately from the workout information stored locally by the app.

The website itself does not add analytics, tracking scripts or cookies, and has no contact form. This does not mean the hosting provider receives no information about requests.

Providers and disclosures

Purelymail, operated by Add Rabbit LLC, provides our support email service. It processes support correspondence and may use authorised subprocessors for delivery, hosting, spam filtering, security and backups. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal information or use workout data for targeted advertising in this release.

Local app storage does not mean support email stays only on your phone. Support correspondence is processed separately by the email provider.

Retention

• Local records remain on your device until removed using available app/device controls. Soluwebb has no server copy of your workout database to recover or remotely erase.
• Our policy is to retain routine support messages and attachments for six months after an enquiry closes, then delete them from active mailboxes and working copies we control. If reopened, the period runs from the subsequent closure.
• Relevant information may be retained longer where necessary for a legal obligation or specific dispute/legal claim. We limit what is kept, review the reason and delete it when no longer justified.
• Deleting messages from active mailboxes does not guarantee immediate deletion from the email provider’s backups.

Your choices and rights

Use available local controls to review, edit and delete records. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling may remove all local app data; save anything you want to keep first, remembering that exports are not full recovery files.

For information we hold, applicable law may give you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Rights depend on the circumstances and legal basis; portability does not apply to every support record.

Right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting support@soluwebb.com. We will consider your request under applicable law. We may need proportionate identity verification; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process.

We cannot remotely retrieve or edit a workout database we do not hold. We will explain what we hold and how local controls can help. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. You can complain to the UK ICO at ICO complaints or a relevant US regulator where applicable. You can contact us first to seek a resolution.

Audience, security and updates

SetStride is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

We use proportionate safeguards for information we control. Protect your device and avoid unnecessary sensitive sharing. No storage or communication method is completely secure.

We update this notice when practices change. Material new uses will be explained before they start, with consent where required.
